GO-GET

Uber’s global product showcase is an immersive, live-streamed keynote unveiling the next generation of product innovations. Anchored in “Be There,” films, animations, keynote content and experiential touch points brought the idea to life—showing how Uber helps people show up for the moments that matter.

MY ROLE

I led 7+ integrated workstreams spanning in-house creative and production, while managing external agency partners from development through delivery. I oversaw the work holistically: connecting teams, timelines and production while ensuring every expression met Uber’s creative standards and remained true to the brand’s voice.

SCOPE

Live Event · Film · Motion Graphics · Product Animations · Experiential · Digital · Lifecycle CRM

Opening Film

GO-GET opened with the idea at the heart of it all: getting there matters so you can be there. The film established the emotional foundation for the keynote, connecting Uber’s expanding ecosystem to the moments and people that make the destination matter.

Keynote Presentation

For the main event, we leveled up the keynote experience with a visual system built to do more than inform. Every slide was designed to tell a story, clarify a product, and reinforce the central idea of being made for every day, turning a traditional presentation into a cohesive, branded narrative.

We extended the design system beyond the screen and into the Perelman Performing Arts Center in NYC. Through immersive installations and physical touchpoints, “Be There” became a tangible experience, transforming the space into a living expression of the brand.

We extended Go-Get 26 into a landing page, CRM and in-app surfaces, bringing the event’s distinct voice and design system into high-impact, everyday touch points. It’s in these smaller brand moments where the system really comes to life.
